My very first Addy so I’m partial to it. This was before “no artificial” everything was a big deal in the American diet and in American culture. We had these gorgeous photographs the Zoo wanted us to use. They had commissioned noted photographer Arthur Meyerson to take the shots. But Meyerson is famously prickly for how and where his work is used and his stipulation with the Zoo photographs was that they were not to be cropped, edited, or maniuplated in any way. Which kind of boxed us into a huge corner. Luckily, a great headline went a long way to compensating for the strictures of the project. The piece was on an airport duratrans and it won a gold Addy for Best Out of Home Media.
